Refund policy
You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery of your first order* if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We’ll refund you for the full cost of the product less shipping — no questions asked, and no physical return of the bottle is required.
Refunds apply to your first bottle only, not any subsequent purchases. Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, we do not accept physical returns or offer refunds on any subsequent orders to guarantee the safety, quality, and integrity of our inventory for all customers.
*If your first order is a bundle or includes multiple items, the refund applies to a maximum of one bottle.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at contact@luxeshop.me if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
