Where We Ship
We currently ship exclusively to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

  • 2+ Items: Free Standard Shipping

Processing & Transit Times Here is how our timeline works:

  • Order Processing & Fulfillment: Once you place an order, it takes 3 to 6 business days for our team and facility to process, pack, and prepare your items for shipment.

  • Transit Time: Once your package is handed to the carrier, standard delivery within the contiguous US takes 2 to 5 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 11 business days from the date of purchase.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Lux Sup is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure you provide a secure shipping address at checkout.
